Descrizione:
Creativity and entrepreneurial spirit are among the most essential competences in today’s society. In a fast-changing and
highly digitalized world, young people’s creativity becomes the main driving force behind innovation, start-ups and sustainable
business solutions. However, many young Europeans still face challenges in accessing non-formal educational opportunities
that could stimulate their creativity and help them transform their ideas into practical outcomes.
The “Creative Lab” Youth Exchange aims to spark entrepreneurial thinking and creativity among young people,
encouraging them to adapt innovative ideas to the real needs of today’s labour and business markets. By combining creativity
with entrepreneurship, the project seeks to empower participants to develop realistic, impactful, and sustainable
projects that respond to current social and economic challenges.
Throughout the exchange, participants will work together in a “creative laboratory” , experimenting with tools and methods
that stimulate innovation, design thinking and teamwork. They will explore how to turn ideas into viable projects, how to
identify opportunities in the market and how to build a mindset ready for change and initiative. Ultimately, “Creative Lab” aims to equip young people with the skills and confidence needed to become creative changemakers and young entrepreneurs capable of transforming innovative ideas into actions with real impact in their communities and beyond.
OBJECTIVES:
-To empower 30 young people and 6 youth leaders with creative and entrepreneurial
competences, enabling them to design and adapt innovative ideas to current labour market and business needs.
-To develop non-formal learning tools and activities that stimulate innovation, teamwork and creative problem-solving among young people.
-To strengthen the capacity of partner organizations in promoting creativity and entrepreneurship through cooperation and the exchange of good practices at the European level.
Requisiti: Aver raggiunto la maggiore età, essere interessati alle tematiche del progetto.
Lingua del progetto: Inglese (si richiede un livello basso-intermedio). Non sono richieste certificazioni linguistiche.
Condizioni economiche: Vitto e alloggio coperti al 100% dall’organizzazione ospitante. Il costo dei biglietti di viaggio sarà rimborsato da parte dell’organizzazione ospitante fino ad un massimo di 309€ a persona. (Le eventuali eccedenze sono a carico del partecipante).
