Nuova opportunità di partecipazione in un progetto Erasmus+ con Beyond Borders: “Personal Agency: Mood ON!”

After the pandemic, we live in a complex context where, for many generations inEurope, this event has been the event hasmost affected their lives. Especially youngpeople, seeing how the unemployment ratehas risen in all the countries of the EuropeanUnion, seeing how opportunities arereduced and with this, an unmotivatingoutlook for the future.
But we are not only talking about labor issues, since psychologically the effectsthat the pandemic may have remain to be seen. For this reason, we believe that itis very important to give our young people tools to understand how the current context affects them, and the uncertainty of the future, and how they affect thecontext in order to process how they can create a prosperous collective future andhow they have a very important role in creating the Europe of tomorrow.
In the field of Social Sciences, “personal agency” is defined as the ability ofindividuals to act independently and make their own decisions freely. To generatethose actions they need to know what they are capable of and how they affectthose around them.
In this project we will focus on how people are made, how they areinterconnected with the world, how we use empathy to generate impact andhow we can use that knowledge to generate impact, today.
OBJECTIVES:
- To introduce personal agency as a tool for personal development and social impact;
- To stimulate interaction between participants and youth leaders, providing them with space to share experiences, knowledge and learn constructively from each other;
- To provide to the participants a motivation to share the knowledge received in the youth exchange, once they return to their places of origin;
- To promote self-employment;
- To encourage transversal synergies between participants, organizations and also all the agents involved in the project;
- To increase the feeling of construction of the collective society as a European society;
- To create a community of changemakers and enjoy this unique experience together in Pontevedra!
Paesi partecipanti: Lituania, Grecia, Italia, Turchia, Spagna;
Requisiti: Aver raggiunto la maggiore età, essere interessati alle tematiche del progetto.
Lingua del progetto: Inglese (si richiede un livello basso-intermedio). Non sono richieste certificazioni linguistiche.
Condizioni economiche: Vitto e alloggio coperti al 100% dall’organizzazione ospitante. Il costo dei biglietti di viaggio sarà rimborsato da parte dell’organizzazione ospitante fino ad un massimo di 360€ a persona. (Le eventuali eccedenze sono a carico del partecipante).
Donazione: in caso di risposta positiva, per rendere effettiva la partecipazione, ti verrà chiesta una donazione per Membership per Beyond Borders del valore di 40 Euro. La valenza della donazione è ANNUALE. Ciò significa che se parteciperai ad altri progetti di mobilità giovanile (Scambi e Corsi di Formazione Erasmus+) tramite la nostra associazione nel 2023, non dovrai pagarla nuovamente.
(“Perchè devo versare una donazione per Beyond Borders?” Perché Beyond Borders è una associazione no profit, giovane ed indipendente, in crescita e che si muove grazie a piccoli mezzi, contributi e volontariato, una realtà che opera per i giovani con l’obiettivo della diffusione di una cultura europea oltre i confini!).
Contributo di partecipazione: L’associazione Spagnola richiede un contributo di partecipazione per ogni partecipante di 30 Euro. Il contributo di partecipazione dovrà essere pagato in loco il primo giorno.
